ProPlay / Know the details
Every part has a job.
Tap a numbered point or use the buttons with your keyboard to explore a fielding glove. This illustration explains the parts; it is not a specific model or an upcoming ProPlay design.
01 / Web
The connection between thumb and fingers helps contain the ball. Open and closed designs create different sightlines and shapes. Compare the exact web in the product photos rather than choosing on appearance alone.
Quick reference for every part
Web: connects thumb and fingers. Pocket: the area where the ball settles. Heel: the lower palm near the wrist. Laces: join sections and hold the web together. Finger stalls: where your fingers sit inside the glove.
